WEB DESIGN

Explore Offerings

This web interface, from a previous employer, is the entry point for customers to explore available course offerings. It is housed within a CMS; Sitecore. The transition under my leadership saved $400K per year. The heavy lifting was done by the web team. However, the original design and subsequent maintenance was managed by me, including all new features and enhancements to the platform. The goal was to marry the elegance of a website with the utility of a Learning Management System.

Skills Toolkit

The Skills Toolkit series of resources, I created, is intended to put 100-125 of the best bite-size, digestible, 1-2 minute videos, in the hands of customers, all in one location. The toolkit leverages 25 YouTube playlists (with 4-5 videos per list) to keep videos ordered, or keep similar concepts together, and still provide customers the option to navigate to their choice of core topics. The toolkit focused on a key concept related to the software as well as illustrating how it might be used in the real world by customers. The toolkit also used an embedded video player to keep customers on one page, without having to navigate away to find additional videos.

Marble Creek Acres

This website was developed to support the growth of a local business focused on the sale of Kiko breeding stock, including registered and commercial goats. The home page starts with the "why", taking a similar approach to Simon Sinek's, Golden Circle, and focuses on three customer actions. There are a number of other pages on the website displaying various types of information to help convert leads to potential opportunities. It also includes various supporting pages for potential clients who are learning about Kiko goats, and buyers who are looking for additional support materials as they get started with their new investment.
