CONTENT AUTHORING

This eLearning course was developed for a fictitious company as a means to explore a new content authoring tool, iSpring. I have used several content authoring tools, specifically Captivate and Camtasia, as well as Powtoon and Storyline. iSpring is unique in that it allows you to take otherwise static PowerPoint content and reframe the content to be used for learning.

This interaction and script I developed in conjunction with the eLearning course on Housekeeping for Beekeepers. I bribed my colleague to read the script for the voice over in turn giving permission for the interaction to be used as an example for a college computer technology class on customer success and service to highlight the process for deescalating an angry customer.
