COMMERCIALIZATION

This presentation was created for the C-level team to approve the commercialization of training authorities.

The presentation includes a snapshot of where the training authorities fit in the overall service portfolio, a view of the continuum of services, a view of past and future of the programs, an overview of the new program, assumptions and risks, forecasts, pricing validation, future roadmap, as well as snapshots of the analytics developed to support the program.

Upon approval of the commercialization of training authorities, this presentation was delivered to review the overall status, strategies, associated tactics, and a view of the processes required to deploy the automated workflows associated with each of the core areas.

All individual processes and workflows were designed and deployed by me using various tools including Zapier, Eventzilla, Google Forms, and Trello to categorize and view incoming requests.
